We have compiled our frequently asked questions from our customers to answer most of your queries.

What is the minimum order requirement?
For bulk orders, we require a minimum of 50pcs. As for orders below 50pcs, kindly send your order requirement at to get a specific quotation.
What is the company’s lead time for orders?
For plain apparel (i.e. no print/embroidery), we require a minimum of 5 days. While orders with print/embroidery, we require a minimum of 14 days.
How can I get a quotation?

How do you deliver the products?
For orders within Metro Manila, we offer free delivery. As for orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver via other couriers, delivery costs to be shouldered by the client.
Can I pick up orders at your warehouse?
Yes, you may. Once our production manager is ready with your order, we can schedule and prepare your orders for pick up.
How long does delivery take?
With the given calendar of the client, we will be giving lead times for production. Once we’re done with production and approvals, we can deliver as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take for outside NCR?
With the clients chosen delivery partner (LBC, JRS, APCargo, etc,), the lead time will be out of our control. We can however provide the clients with tracking numbers for their orders.
Is there a maximum weight for deliveries outside of NCR?
No, we have no maximum weight for delivering our products. Customers can choose to ship their orders via freight if it exceeds the maximum weight of our local logistics partners.


What are your payment options?
We accept payments via check, bank transfer (BPI, Metrobank, PSBank), and COD (within Metro Manila).
How much downpayment do we have to pay for the first stage of production?
Depending on the quantity of the order, the percentage for down payment can be further discussed between our Finance Manager and clients.
Can I pay full in cash and are there discounts?
We do accept cash for payment. Regarding discounts, it would vary with the quantity, lead time, and overall fulfilment of the order. It can be discussed between our President, Finance Manager, and client.


Can I meet with you?
Yes, you may meet with us regarding your order but highly recommend to discuss over the phone regarding your queries and order fulfilment first before meeting with us in person.
Can I see your corporate profile?
Yes, please send us an email at requesting for our print corporate profile.
Can I visit your warehouse?
Due to some restrictions with our subdivision security, visits to our warehouse are only allowed with advanced scheduling with our President and HR Manager.
